It has been my experience that depression either happens or is made worse by a person wallowing in their own thoughts, failures, emotions, fears, and problems. Here are some tips that I came up with to try to help this season. Get UP, get OUT, and get SOMETHING! Sitting in the house dwelling on your life WILL NOT MAKE IT BETTER! Find someone you can TRUST and talk to them.
